Rates for service of process:

• Standard Service – 4 attempts over 8 days including a Saturday Attempt $40.00
• Expedited Service – 4 Attempts over 4 Days $60.00
• Same Day Service – 1st Attempt on Same Day $75.00

In the event we find that an address for service is no longer good we will make every effort on-site to locate a new address (check with neighbors, complex manager, employer, etc.), and contact you as soon as possible. Once service is complete we will complete the affidavit/proof of service and return it to you in a timely manner.
